Billing

KlevaKiosk charges only for what you use. Start free, add resources when you need them, and cancel anything at any time.

How billing works

KlevaKiosk uses an à la carte model — you only pay for what you actually use. There are no fixed plans or bundles. Your monthly bill is the total of the individual resources you have active.

The free plan gives you 2 stations, 50 media items, and 1 form at no cost. You can use these indefinitely without entering payment details.

Customer Stations

Each screen or QR code location where customers interact with your kiosk.

Adding resources

When you need more stations, media storage, forms, or displays, go to Settings › Billing in the app. You'll see your current usage and a button to add more of each resource. Enter the quantity you want and confirm — the resource is available immediately.

Payment is handled securely by Stripe. You enter your card details once and future charges happen automatically.

Billing cycle

You're billed monthly on the date you added your first paid resource. For example, if you added your first paid station on the 12th, you'll be billed on the 12th of each month.

If you add more resources mid-cycle, you're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in the current billing period. The full amount applies from the next cycle.

Removing resources

You can remove resources at any time from Settings › Billing. Go to the resource you want to reduce and lower the quantity. The reduction takes effect immediately, and you'll receive a prorated credit applied to your next bill.

Note that if you reduce below what you currently have active — for example, you reduce stations from 5 to 2, but you have 5 stations set up — you'll need to deactivate some stations first.

Updating your payment method

Go to Settings › Billing and click Manage Payment. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update your card details, download past invoices, and review your billing history. All payment data is stored securely by Stripe — KlevaKiosk never stores card numbers.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically over several days and send you an email notification. You have time to update your payment details before any service is interrupted. If you have questions about a failed charge, email us at [email protected].

Tips

  • Start on the free plan and only add paid resources when you're ready — there's no rush.
  • Check your usage regularly in Settings → Billing to make sure you're not paying for resources you're not using.
  • Adding a Media Pack gives you 100 additional images. Add more packs as your library grows.
  • Download your invoices from the Stripe billing portal for your business records.
