Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using KlevaKiosk ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.

2. The Service

KlevaKiosk provides a platform for managing digital signage — including kiosk stations, digital menus, image galleries, and media libraries. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorisation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KlevaKiosk to:

• Upload or display content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to KlevaKiosk (menus, images, videos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and deliver it as part of operating the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload — including images, logos, and music.

6. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are displayed on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time — your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If we materially change the pricing of your current plan, we will give you at least 30 days' notice.

Free plans have usage limits. Exceeding those limits may result in features being restricted until you upgrade or reduce usage.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep KlevaKiosk available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or interruptions outside our reasonable control (including third-party service failures, natural events, or force majeure).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlevaKiosk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your content will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kleva Technologies is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
